The Family Affair Foundation was founded on this conviction: Life is short, some shorter or
longer for others but all people deserve a life especially for the ones that have sacrificed so much for us; therefore they all matter to us.

We are The Family Affair Foundation, a  national non-profit 501(c)(3) organization founded in 2011. We are strongly committed to helping those who have selflessly given to our country and have returned home with serious injuries since September 11, 2001. It is our duty and our honor to assist severely injured Veterans and their immediate families by providing these wounded warriors and their immediate families with a vacation and aid them in obtaining a job while visiting The FAF.

The FAF (Resort) will provide a four star accommodations worthy of a War Heroes and their loved ones who sacrifice their family life in support of their service members.    Along with the pristine accommodations and amenities, the Wounded Warrior/Veteran, and their family members will receive job placement workshops in order to help them segue into a civilian career.  The FAF Resort will act as its own Human Resource center by employing Veterans.

As of February, 2012;   6,336 U.S.  Service Members have died  as a result of the wars in Iraq, Afghanistan, Operation Iraqi  Freedom, Operation New Dawn and Operation Enduring Freedom.   There were 6,198 men and 138 women.  Wounded in Action are 30,490 U.S.  Service Members have been wounded due to combat actions in Iraq and 2,309 in Afghanistan (32,799 total).  In 1973, the draft ended and the U.S. converted to an All-Volunteer Military.

U.S. Service Members put their lives on the line for all Americans so we can be free ask nothing in return when they come home except the knowledge they know they did their job and did it well.  Unconditional Sacrifice.  True Heroes!

The Family Affair Foundation works to honor their service to America and help to give them the life they deserve for providing our Freedom.  It is our Duty.

It is the Family Affair Foundation’s Duty & Honor to Serve those who Provide Our Freedom

The FAF goal is to have over 50% of our Staff to be a U.S. Service Member currently unemployed.  Our foundation is about helping our U.S. Service Members and it would not be acceptable to The FAF if our Staff  was not including a huge percentage of U.S. Service Members as part of our Foundation Team.

Finally:  The Family Affair Foundation is committed to getting our Veterans Back To Work!

Committed To Our Wounded Veterans And Their Families!

The families described above have nothing in common except the fact that their lives have changed forever!  Caring is our trademark.  Heroism is not only on the battle field but right here in every  one of us by helping others no matter how large or small we do by helping.  Miracles happen when you least expect them to happen.  Giving is its own reward.  Please note that The FAF will help any U.S. Service Member in obtaining a job.  Please email us at recruiter@thefaf.org
